Accommodations
In the heart of Chianti with amazingly affordable rates.
Centrally located, it is great place to call home for the duration of your stay. Venture out during the day, head back for a relaxing (and delicious!) sunset dinner at the on-site restaurant, then walk back to your room for a restful night's sleep.
Each room has ensuite bathroom, TV, mini refrigerator, air conditioning and hair dryer. Beds are king-size, some rooms have two twin beds. Many of the rooms are 'apartment-style' with access to a kitchen and common area. Most rooms also have amazing patios and all rooms have commanding views of the vineyards and olive groves on the property. In addition to single rooms, we offer a wide range of multi-room apartments to accommodate couples through extended families.
Not only do we have an open-air restaurant onsite, our guest can enjoy a well-stocked enoteca (from which you can shop, sip and ship wine), a wine tasting cellar, an outdoor pizza oven, two outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi with commanding views, a private access sauna with jacuzzi, laundry service and bicycle rental/mechanic shop. Family and dog friendly!

Piacere! Nice to meet you! We are a California couple now living in Italy between our two homes in Tuscany and Abruzzo.
Together we pride ourselves in sharing ‘life in Italy as a local’ for anyone touring and staying with us. Kristine is a reformed workaholic, turned Travel Concierge and Mark is an ex-pro cyclist turned cycling guide. Along with our famous dog, The Wandering Westie, Elliot, we pride ourselves in crafting your perfect holiday that incorporates your hobbies and interests. We connect you to local artisans, wineries, restaurants, bakeries, historical guides - you name it - that will allow you to live your life as if you lived in Italy for the week (or two!) that you are with us as our guests. Our friends will become yours.
